A: Great question! It helps to understand the scope of work each role typically handles:
Handyman Services: Ideal for smaller repairs, general maintenance, and "to-do" lists. Think tasks like fixing a leaky faucet, patching drywall, assembling furniture, or hanging pictures.
Craftsman Services: This involves a higher level of skill and specialization in a particular trade, like custom carpentry, detailed tile work, or intricate trim installation. Craftsmanship implies a focus on quality, detail, and artistry.
Contractor Services: We manage larger projects that often require multiple trades, sometimes requiring permits, and coordination. This includes kitchen and bathroom remodels, deck construction, and additions. We oversee the entire project from planning to completion.

**There is a small fee if you want us to come out for measurement-only visit, which is credited to your project if you hire us.**

A: Of course. We have many satisfied clients who would be happy to share their experiences. You can also read reviews and see examples of our past work through Home Depot Pro Referral, on our Instagram and X pages. (Google coming soon)

A: We believe in transparent pricing. We use software to pull data from all over the state to help determine average price ranges. Our rates are designed to be fair and competitive for the quality of work we provide in the greater Atlanta and North Georgia area.
For most jobs, we prefer to give you a firm, flat-rate price upfront. You'll know the total cost before we begin, with no surprises. After our initial consultation, we will provide a detailed estimate for your specific project.
Examples of Common Project Costs:
Leaky Faucet Repair: Typically falls within our minimum charge of $150 (parts not included).
Ceiling Fan Installation (on existing box): $175 - $250, depending on ceiling height and complexity.
Small Drywall Patch Repair (up to 1 sq. ft.): $200 - $350, depending on texture matching.
Exterior Door Lockset Replacement: $150 - $200.
The Best Way to Get a Price:
The most accurate way to determine the cost of your job is to have us take a look. We offer free, no-obligation estimates. Contact us today to schedule a quick consultation!
A: Our estimates are designed to be clear and comprehensive. You can expect to see:
Scope of Work: A detailed description of all the tasks we will perform.
Payment Terms: A clear schedule of payments, including any required deposit.
Our Terms & Conditions: Information on warranties, change orders, and other key policies.
A: Once you are ready to move forward:
We will both sign a formal agreement that confirms all the details.
We will collect the initial deposit as outlined or if outlined in the payment terms.
Your project will be officially added to our schedule, and we will confirm a start date.
Our team will get to work bringing your vision to life!
A: Due to fluctuations in material costs and our project schedule, our estimates are typically valid for 30 days. If you need more time, please let us know, and we can discuss your options. With assembly estimates we aim to keep them valid for up to 90 days.
Our goal is to stick to the estimated price. However, the final cost can change under a few circumstances:
Client-Requested Changes: If you decide to add work, upgrade materials, or alter the original project scope.
Unforeseen Issues: Occasionally, we may uncover hidden problems after the work has begun (e.g., water damage, structural issues, or electrical problems not visible during the initial assessment). In our "SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS" agreement (1. Scope of Work) and In our "INDEPENDANT CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT" under sections 1.4, and 4.3 outlines that all expenses must be pre-approved by the Client. There are no surprise costs.
We are committed to clear communication.
If any such issues arise, we will inform you immediately, explain the situation, and provide a written change order for your approval before proceeding with any additional work.
A: We stand behind the quality of our work. That's why we offer a 30-day workmanship warranty on all our services, starting from the date the work is completed. This warranty covers any issues that arise due to the craftsmanship of our team.
This warranty specifically covers defects or failures that are a direct result of the labor performed by our technicians. For example, if we install a new faucet and a leak develops within 30 days due to a faulty connection we made, we will fix it at no cost to you.
1-Year Workmanship Warranty for all jobs that involve custom fabrication. The warranty covers defects or issues that arise from the contractor's labor, installation techniques, or craftsmanship unless otherwise stated.
If you have any issues with our craftsmanship within this period, we will return to correct it free of charge. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
This warranty does not cover:
Materials: The warranty is on our labor, not on the materials used. Any defects in materials (e.g., a faulty part) would be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, and we would be happy to help you with that process.
Customer-supplied materials: We are not responsible for the quality or performance of any parts or materials that you, the customer, have supplied.
Damage from misuse: This warranty does not cover issues caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or alterations made by anyone other than our staff.
Normal wear and tear: The warranty doesn't cover issues that are considered normal wear and tear over time.
Third-party work: This warranty is void if any other person or company works on the same system or area we serviced.
A: Our availability varies based on our current workload and the size of your project. We can often schedule small handyman jobs within a few days. For larger projects, we will establish a clear timeline and start date during the planning phase. We always strive to begin work as promptly as possible.
A: For the initial consultation and for projects requiring your input (like design decisions), your presence is helpful. For the actual work, you do not need to be home, provided we have safe and clear access to the work area. Our team is professional, trustworthy, and respectful of your property.
A: We accept cash, checks, direct bank transfers (ZELLE), major credit cards, and even cryptocurrency! Payment terms will be clearly outlined in your service agreement and or estimate.
A: PayPal and credit card cartels charge us a processing fee so we have to mark up any credit card or PayPal payments by 4% ...
That's why we offer so many other payment options!
A: Sorta. You can pay online. Simply navigate to the "Payment Options" section on our website to get started. You can click each image or select "Zelle & Venmo QR" to help easily direct you to those payment options.
A: If you experience an issue you believe is covered by our warranty, please contact us immediately. We will schedule a time to assess the problem and, if it falls under the warranty, we will perform the necessary repairs at no charge to you.
